Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a dental practice, general or specialty, that brings in $1M or more a year.
  • The practice runs as an S corp, and nobody has looked at your salary in years.
  • Your retirement savings stop at a SEP.
  • Your CPA files an accurate return every spring but rarely talks taxes with you before December 31st.
  • You own your building, or you're thinking about buying it.
  • You'd rather hand your books, payroll and returns to one person you can reach directly.

This Is Not For:

  • Associate dentists who don't own a practice.
  • Practices that bring in under $1M a year.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year.
  • Anyone looking for a strategy that only works if nobody checks.
  • Owners who want to buy equipment just for the write-off.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How John handles your practice's taxes, books and payroll all year, so every move is in place before the year closes.

We Check Every Strategy That Fits

John measures the practice's last 1120-S and your 1040 against all 80 strategies in The Eiduk Pathway, then puts in place every one that applies to you.

We Reset How You Pay Yourself

We set your S corp salary to a documented, defensible number, so you stop paying payroll tax on salary the practice never needed to pay you.

We Build Your Retirement Setup

We set up retirement around your real income, which for a lot of practice owners means a cash balance plan stacked on a 401(k) instead of a SEP.

We Keep Your Books And Payroll

For a $1M+ practice, we close your books every month and oversee payroll on Gusto or ADP, so your numbers stay lined up with every strategy we put in place.

We Meet Monthly And Document Everything

At $1M and up you meet with John every month, with a full review every quarter, and every strategy goes in your file with the tax code section that allows it.

We File Both Returns

In the spring we prepare and file the practice's 1120-S and your 1040 with the savings already on them, inside the same monthly fee.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
For a $1M+ practice, that's how it works best: John keeps your books, oversees payroll and files the practice's 1120-S and your 1040, so the person who plans your year is the person who files it. If a piece needs an attorney or an insurance agent, John brings them in with the plan already written out, and you can keep the ones you already like.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
Most of the moves that reduce your 2026 taxes have to be in place before December 31st, and John's own practical cutoff for starting them is early November. The savings show up when your return is filed, so the sooner the work starts, the more of this year still counts.
Will this hold up if the IRS ever looks at my return?+
Every strategy John uses is something the tax code already allows, and it goes in your file with the section of the code that authorizes it plus the paperwork that shows you qualify. He doesn't use strategies that depend on a creative reading of the law or thin documentation.
Do I have to buy equipment to save on taxes?+
No. If you spend $100,000 to save $40,000 in taxes, you're still out $60,000, so a purchase only makes sense if you'd buy it anyway. The first moves John looks at, like your salary and the reimbursements the practice can pay you, cost you nothing extra to make.
How is this different from a big dental CPA firm?+
The big dental CPA firms are good at benchmarking, and for a lot of practices they're the right answer. Their planning is usually a few calls a year, with anything more billed by the hour. Here, planning is the whole engagement, the returns are included, and the price is published.
How much does it cost?+
John publishes his prices by practice size. For a practice doing $1M or more, the full engagement (the Pathway, monthly books, payroll and both returns) is $2,497 a month plus a 2% technology fee, and you see your exact number before any work starts. The fee is a deductible business expense, and the "or you don't pay" guarantee covers the tax and accounting fees only.
Who will I actually work with?+
John Eiduk, CPA and CFP®, from start to finish. You work with him directly through a secure client portal from anywhere in the country, with no intake desk and no hand-off. He caps how many new practices he takes on each month, so every client gets his time.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Practice Could Save Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, John asks about your practice's revenue, your salary, your retirement plan and your building, then shows you where you're most likely overpaying and which moves can still count for 2026. If it's a fit, you'll know the fee before anything starts.
